The studio sits at garden level, tucked into the lower slope of the same hilltop above Bellingen. It has its own driveway, its own front door, its own everything — you arrive, you park, you let yourself in, and the rest of the property carries on without you ever needing to cross paths with anyone.
Inside: a queen bed, a kitchenette that does breakfast and coffee properly, a clean private bathroom. Outside your own door, a small walled courtyard with a daybed — the kind of spot where the morning gets away from you and you decide that's fine. The light comes in low and gold across the ridge; the only sound is birds working the garden you're welcome to raid for herbs.
It's twenty minutes from Bellingen's main street — the river, the markets, the long lunches — and far enough up the hill that none of it follows you home. A beautiful, private base for a night, a weekend, or as long as you can stay.
